Payment: All payments must be made in US dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Money orders, Cashier's Checks & Personal Checks. Shipping: -Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment, except for personal checks which must clear before shipment. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours (1 Business Day). Please note that Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered business days. -You may combine shipping if you are bidding on more than one auction. See our FAQ below. -Within the lower 48 United States, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. -The shipping and handling charge for orders within the lower 48 states will be listed in the auction and in the checkout process. -Express shipping is available for most orders. Please call CyclArt for rates at 760-727-6948. APO/FPO or PO Box orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. -For locations outside the US, shipping must be calculated by CyclArt. Return Policy -We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. If not, contact us for return authorization within 10 days of purchase. Item price will be refunded when product is returned in same condition. Return Process -Please contact our Customer Service department immediately for a return authorization number. No returns are accepted without a valid RA number. -Returns must be requested within ten days, then returns received by us within 14 days of RA. -Item(s) must be in same condition. -Insurance is highly recommended as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. -After an item has been returned, inspected by us, and is found to be in the same condition as originally shipped, a refund will be issued within ten (10) days. |

About shipping: Can I pick up my order? Absolutely. Orders may be picked up at CyclArt Monday - Friday between 10am and 6pm. You may pay with money order, cashiers check, MasterCard, Visa or cash when you arrive at our facility. Remember, 7.75% sales tax will be applied.
When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment, except personal checks which will be held for clearance. Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered days in transit, so please plan accordingly.
How will my order be shipped? Within the United States, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority mail. International shipments are generally shipped by USPS Global Priority mail.
Can I track my order? You can view the status of your order's shipment and delivery. Use the USPS reference number to check the status of your shipment 24 hours a day at www.usps.com.
What if my order is damaged in shipping? Please contact us immediately. Most carriers require original packing and immediate notification. Any delay in notifying us will affect your claim. You can find our information on the label on your package or e-mail us at shop@cyclart.com
Why is your Shipping and Handling cost more than postage charges? Our shipping and handling charge is intended to cover all our costs related to shipping, quality packaging, insurance and billing. Insurance is always included. The flat rate is based on our approximate costs for each item and considers size, weight and packaging required. By pre-estimating these things, you can proceed with immediate checkout and we can ship quicker. We charge only one shipping charge (for the largest item) no matter how many items as you buy at one time, so you save on multiple orders.
International Shipping: Do you sell to International Customers? Yes, we sell globally. All international orders must be paid via Paypal and cleared before shipping. Please email us for shipping charges prior to bidding or buying. Please remember that International packages can sometimes take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on carrier.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes, APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. |

NOTICE: Buyers must accept full responsibility for use of any item. All parts, both new and used, must be inspected carefully before use, and riders must exercise judgment as to each part's safety.
