Item Availability: When we post our auctions, the items are in stock, and should generally be available for immediate shipping. When we post our auctions, we have enough in stock to meet demand. If, for some reason stock happens to be out when you pay for your auction, the item will usually be shipped within 5 business days. You will be given the option to receive a full and immediate refund if this is not the case.
- We reserve the right to ship your item via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. - We do not ship using third accounts. - We ship all international packages via FedEx; please note there will be a charge for duties and taxes collected upon delivery, which is charged by your country's requirements. We cannot ship express to PO Box addresses, if your order includes a PO Box address it will not be shipped express.
Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping on most items:
* IMPORTANT: To combine shipping, do not click the checkout button in the shopping cart until you have made all your purchases. Proceeding to checkout completes the sale and you will not be able to combine shipping.
* Your shopping cart will remain open and active for seven days, within this period you may add as many items as you need. Our system will combine shipping automatically to give you an even greater savings!
* Once you are done shopping click on the checkout button and enter your shipping info and choose a payment method.
Warranty & Returns: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Defective Products: If your product is DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will replace it if you contact us within 15 DAYS of your receipt. Exchanges & Returns: We offer a 30-day warranty with exchange only (no refunds) on refurbished items. New items come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer with any problems you might have. If the manufacturer cannot help you with your problem, please email us and include your name, address, item number and the problem you're having, and we will email you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. The shipping amount will not be refunded. Software that has been opened will NOT be accepted. We do not warranty items that are shipped out of the U.S. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- We offer a 15-day return policy for defective products or exchanges.
- All returned items MUST be brand new, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged.
- All returned items for refund may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges) No exchanges on used items if the item has been sold as new.
- We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.
- All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories. If any items are missing it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
- You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
- The GSM Store is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
