• I need this thing like yesterday.  Is there any way I can get this in under a week?

If you can live with the door in the center of either wall, we should be able to ship in about 5 working days.  Other orders, please allow about 20 business days for shipping, although we may be able to get it out sooner if we are ahead of schedule.

• Is this a top-mount self-contained unit?

This particular unit is remote, meaning the refrigeration unit can be placed in any indoor location.  Self-contained drop-in refrigeration units are available.  We sometimes refer to them as "penthouse" or "plug-n-play" units.  Please contact.

• Can I put the cooler outdoors?  What about the refrigeration unit?

This listing is for an indoor model, but outdoor and remote outdoor units are available.  Please contact.

• Can I get the cooler without a floor?

Yes.  If you have a smooth and level floor you may be able to do without a floor and save some money.  Please call.

• Where is the door located?

We can put the door on either side, to the left or right, and hinged either way.

• Can we assemble this thing ourselves?

Although we recommend professional installation, some of our customers construct the box themselves and hire someone to do the refrigeration.  Installation prices seem to vary widely across the country.
