1. If you want to know the price of shipping, there is a shipping calculator for pretty much every country in the world located in our listings.  Just find the Ship-to section and select your country from the drop-down menu.
2. Shipment notification will be sent to you automatically when we create your label.  Please resist the urge to ask for it, as our customer service guys in Washington don’t get copies of your shipping info =)
3. We primarily use DHL ground service in the USA, and USPS for international shipments.  Since there is no DHL calculator available in eBay, we use the UPS one instead.  We've just had way better luck with DHL not breaking stuff =)

4. Insurance is only optional in order to make the international calculator work properly.  If insurance is not paid, you will be responsible for loss or damage.
5. We're not set up for local pickups, sorry!
6. Please remember we're regular folks, not a Wal-Mart =)  Our goal is to have the very best prices and to ship as soon as we can.  Sometimes that's a few minutes after you make payment.  Sometimes it's a few days.  We all have families and weekends to attend to, as well as our work here at BM Traders.  We ask you to treat us kindly, and we'll surely return the favor!
