Items purchased from Mega Batteries can ONLY be returned if the battery is faulty (manufacture faulty ONLY), or if there is any incorrect delivery.
IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, EXCEPT FOR A MANUFACTURING FAULT OR INCORRECT DELIVERY, SHALL THERE BE ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR THE GOODS PURCHASED FROM Mega Batteries.
All defective (manufacturing faulty) items may be returned for replacement if they are received back by Mega Batteries within 30 days of shipment. Please contact Mega Batteries and state your customer ID, billing ID and the nature of the defect. Please do so BEFORE returning any items to Mega Batteries. When the return has been approved, we will send out the return for exchange instruction to you.
The shipping cost for the approved returned items will be FULLY PAID BACK to you. |
