We will ship only to the United
States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
1.
Buyer Pays all Shipping costs.
2.
Please allow at least 5
business days
for
processing time
after payment has been received and cleared before
anticipation of shipment regardless of your preferred
shipping method.
We
are also a major wholesale company so we can not anticipate
what our current workload is.
This
does not
mean that your item will arrive within 5
business days. It means that we will attempt
to ship within 5 business days. The warehouse
is not open during the weekends, so if your payment
is not received before 8am Friday, your order will
not begin processing until Monday morning.
Please allow 10-14
business days for your item to arrive before panicking
as we can not control the speed and service of the
USPS.
Overseas shipments
are dependent on their own country's customs and delivery
service.
3. Orders
are processed in the order that they are received
regardless of whether the item is to be mailed out
via Priority mail or first class.
We do not ship any
orders after 1pm on Fridays as our warehouse is closed
during the weekend. For example: If you pay after
4pm C.S.T. Friday, your order will not be received
or processing to begin until Monday mid-morning.

If for some reason, you are in dire need of an item
and need it to be there for a special event, please
email us at thealleychicago@aol.com
separately in an email and choose priority mail as
your choice of shipping method.(US. only) Do not email
us after the fact and wonder what happened to your
shipment, and why it was not there 2 days after your
payment cleared.
5. We
do our best to provide the fairest rates in shipping.
We offer a shipping discount for multiple purchases
within 7 days. You must invoice/ group your items
into 1 invoice for the discount to apply. We charge
1 flat rate fee for the first item and $1.50 for each
additional item.
6. Our
shipping fees do not include shipping confirmations.
Insurance is up to the buyer. You must pay for insurance
in order to receive it. Our shipping fees include
processing, and packaging. Our warehouse staff does
not work for free nor do padded envelopes appear out
of thin air. If you do not want to pay for our flat
rate fees, please do not bid on our auctions.
We receive a shipping
manifest from the warehouse only once every week and
a half. We we will email you that your items haves
shipped once we receive the update. There are times
that you may receive the email after you have already
received the item. The shipping email by no means
indicates that your items were shipped that day...most
likely it was shipped days previously, it is all dependent
on when we receive the notification from our warehouse.
