Q. Is this item new, used or traded?
A. All items are new and in their original packages unless otherwise stated. We do take trade ins, but they are usually just on our website, but, if auctioned,  we always very clearly state "trade in"!

Q. Do you answer all emails, etc?
A. We do our best to answer every question we get. Sometimes we are busier than other times, but everyone is important!

We will do our utmost to make your experience with our company wonderful, so before leaving negative feedback, email your concerns so that we can try to make things right. We use the USPS Confirmation as proof of delivery.

Payment Methods & Terms
Payments sent by mail should be postmarked no more then 7 business days after the item is purchased, and should include your full name, shipping address, invoice/auction number, and a printout of the eBay item. 
 

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX,   Please pay for your purchase within 7 business days of the auction close unless you contact us and we agree on other terms.

International Orders
International orders take 6-8 business days to process. You are responsible for ensuring that the item you are ordering is legal for your country. We are not responsible for items withheld or lost by or through customs. 
 

Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns
We allow a 3 day inspection period for you to check your item over.  If you need to return your item because the item is defective or is not the advertised item, please contact us within those 3 days.  Returns must be in their original packaging with any documents or accessories that came with the item, and must be in undamaged, like new condition.  All refunds will be less shipping & handling charges.
