The defective item will be exchanged, only if the return guidelines are followed:
The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes,
instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice.
All phones must have warranty labels intact or there will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE (sorry no exceptions to this rule)
All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
Please place the RA number given to you by C&A Wholesale, on a piece of paper and put it inside of the carton being returned.
All returns that do not have RMA numbers on them will not be accepted.
Closeout Items:
Because of the nature of these items all sales are final. We do however stick behind our sales, and if you receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product, you can e-mail us within 24 hours to setup an exchange; otherwise all other issues must be handled with the manufacturers or service providers of the products. All closeouts are stated to be new to the best of our knowledge, but because we purchase them in such large volumes, we can not guarantee them to be completely new. We try to go over as many as possible to ensure you don't receive any used items.
