PAYMENT:  we accept payment by PAYPAL or MONEY ORDER / CASHIERS CHECK ONLY!  We expect payment within 10 days of auction close.

SHIPPING:  We gladly combine shipping charges for multiple wins.  We cannot give you a quote ahead of time, because it depends on what you win, both size & weight, and your zip code, but we are very fair.   We ship within 3 BUSINESS days of getting payment.  Many times items ship quicker.  WE ONLY SHIP TO THE 48 LOWER STATES FOR THE SHIPPING STATED IN THE AUCTION.  WE WILL ACCEPT BIDS FROM ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO, BUT THERE IS A $20.00 CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING STATED ON EBAY.  WE CANNOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES, APO, OR FPO.   WE DO THIS BECAUSE FEDEX CANNOT DELIVER TO YOU.  YOU MUST PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS. 

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SELL OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND WE DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMER PICK-UPS OF ITEMS.

TRACKING YOUR ITEM:  If you have used paypal to pay, you will get an email from paypal with tracking details.  It is appropriate to contact us if 10 business days have gone by and you do not have your item.  REMEMBER, it is possible for us to take 3 business days to ship, and some places in the US are a 6 day transit time for the shipper, so please allow ample time. 

QUESTION ABOUT A PARTICULAR ITEM: We put as much info in our listing as we know about the item.  We understand that many times our listings are a little vague as to product specs, but we sell a wide variety of items and don't know the technical specs about everything.  Before asking us a question, please try to research on your own.  We always include a model number and manufacturer.  Try the manufacturers website, a google search, or other ebay listings, with the model number we provide to learn technical information & product specifics.  This is also helpful because many times we don't get questions answered before the item ends.

PICTURES:  In most cases, the actual item is pictured.  If you are looking at an item that is a store display or used, odds are, if it is not mentioned in the description and not in the picture, it is NOT coming with the item.  Even on NEW items, we cannot guarantee you will get a perfect box, the box may have tape, stickers, creases, writing, etc.  Please see the picture!  If an item states it is complete, it will have everything the manufacturer includes with the product, unless items are noted as missing.  

RETURNS / SHIPPING DAMAGE:  Our open box / used / store display items are all checked for functionality before listing.  We are a Fedex inspected facility with reguards to our packaging.  If your item is damaged, you must contact us by Ebay messages and please allow adequate time for us to file an insurance claim with the shipper.  Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow returns if one of the following has happened.  The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival.  Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get it.  We will not honor any claim of DOA or "Problems" if not reported to us within 3 days of receipt.  WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.   

FIX ME ITEMS:  We do list items for sale that have functionality problems.  These will have FIX ME in the description.  We do our best to describe the problem the unit has, but again we are not providing a technical report.  All fix me items are AS-IS and they will NOT have been looked at by anyone to try to fix.

I KNOW YOU SAY NO CUSTOMER PICK-UPS BUT I LIVE REAL CLOSE, CAN I PICK UP THE ITEM?  We cannot accommodate customer pick-ups

I KNOW IT SAYS YOU DON’T SHIP OUTSIDE THE US, BUT I LIVE IN CANADA AND HAVE ITEMS SHIPPED TO A US ADDRESS, CAN I BID? Sure, if you register a user name with that address, otherwise, if you are registered in Canada, you are automatically blocked.

I ASKED A QUESTION ON FRIDAY NIGHT AND IT'S NOW SUNDAY AND YOU HAVEN'T RESPONDED, WHATS THE PROBLEM?  We don't work evenings and weekends and will get to your answer on Monday/Tuesday depending on volume. 

MY KID/HUSBAND/WIFE/DOG/CAT/GHOST BID WITHOUT ME KNOWING AND I DONT WANT IT, DO I HAVE TO PAY? Your bid is a contract and you are obligated to purchase unless Ebay cancels the transaction.  If the item has not ended yet, YOU need to retract your bid on Ebay, we will not cancel it. 

WILL YOU END YOUR ITEM AND SELL IT TO ME FOR $$$$$? Sorry, but we will not.
