This is a brand new TiVo HD DVR that I got as a gift. I do not have a HD box/TV so I decided to sell it on Ebay for someone else to enjoy. I opened up the product to make sure everything was there and resealed the box....

I have also called the company and they have reassured me that this TiVo has Lifetime Service that you must activate when you set up the TiVo (you will probably have to make a quick call to the company and change the zip code on the account).
