Brandberg amethyst crystal lepidochrocite FENSTER skele

You get the exact one shown here , stock #4174. Size is 1 3/8" x 5/8" This is a double terminated crystal -although one point didnt completely form due to attachment -with blood red lepidochrosite inclusions. This has a deeply recessed skeletal area and has sharply formed negative crystals inside. This has extremely high luster and the best color I have ever seen from there ( and I have seen thousands of crystals ). Please note photos are highly enlarged to show detail . It looks even better with a loupe . I brought this back from my last trip to the Brandberg Mining Camp in Namibia ( April 25 , 2009 , You can check out the video by clicking once on the triangle in the center of the player .) This video shows the mining camp in the Goboboseb mountain range which lies in the shadow of the Brandberg mountains. This camp is a two hour drive over rough sand trails and there is no water or power for that distance. The nearest town hours away is remote and small itself. Please check out my other items as I have all sorts of crystals that I either personally dug up at my pay to dig mines in Georgia or that I have obtained by dealing directly with the miners who dug them . I will be adding more Erongo and Brandberg minerals as soon as I get them unwrapped and photographed.
