How many people can I bring?
This package will accommodate up to 4 adults, or 2 adults 3 children with no extra cost.
If we have more than 3 children, is there a bigger room?
Yes, but not included with this package.  You would need to upgrade.  Contact us for upgrade rates based on situation.
Can we travel on weekends or holidays?
Yes, you may travel on weekdays, weekends, or holidays.  This is based on availability, but not restricted.
Can we buy 2 or more packages and combine them?
 No, only one package may be used.  We do offer low rates for extra nights.
Can our friends buy a package too and travel with us?
No, this is not allowed.  This is a resort policy that we must enforce.  
Contact us and we'll work with the other couple to offer them a discount,
but only one promotional package may be used per group, family, or friends traveling on same dates.
Why is this package so cheap?  Is there a catch?

No.  There is no catch.  Just attend the tour included with this package.  Thats it! 
This resort has a large budget to bring in guests to advertise their product. 
Instead of spending it on TV, Magazine, Radio, and other forms of advertising, they greatly reduce the cost of your vacation. 
Therefore they get live advertisement from guests who actually see the product first hand. 
You are simply asked to tell some friends if the product isn't for you. 
You are getting paid very well for your ability to tell others about your trip!  
That is why there are qualifications for this offer. 
The resort spends a lot of money to discount your vacation, so they want qualified guests to visit their property.

What is the presentation involved about?

What if I need additional tickets?
If you need more tickets, we have them at a discounted price.  You may not purchase our other auctions or multiple listings for extra tickets.
Can I check availability before I purchase?
Absolutely!  We are happy to check availability for you prior to purchasing. 
Keep in mind we offer a 100% money back guarantee. 
If you purchase a package and we cannot book your dates, we will refund your package and leave you positive feedback.
What if I don't meet the qualifications?
We are sorry, but if you do not meet the qualifications, you may not purchase this package. 
We do, however, work with travel clubs that have lower income qualifications.  So if you have an income of $35,000+, we can still honor the package for you.  Please contact us if you have problems qualifying for this package.  We will gladly assist you in finding a solution, or answering your questions. 
Do we have to attend the presentation?
Yes, your attendance is a requirement. 
By failing to attend, you will be responsible for the total cost of your vacation minus your package payment.
The reason for the extreme discount on this vacation is your simple attendance of the presentation.
Do we have to buy something at the presentation?
No, absolutely not!  This discounted package is in return for your qualifying and attending.  That is it! 
You are under no obligation at anytime to purchase anything, ever.  Whether you buy anything or not is STRICTLY your decision, period!
Does my spouse have to travel and attend presentation?
Yes, if married, husband and wife must travel and attend together.
Do I have to be married?
No. Single women, or single men (traveling with significant other) may use this package as long as qualifications are met. 
What about my children?  What do they do during presentation?
A supervised kids play area is available, free of charge, during your presentation. 
Kids will have movies, toys, games, video games, activities, crafts, and other fun stuff to do. 
This is usually a requirement for younger kids.  It lets kids do kid stuff, while the adults enjoy the presentation.
What is the cancellation period for this vacation?
Once your dates are set, you must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to arrival. 
We try to work with folks based on their situation, but the hotels will charge us for 1 night if we don't cancel at least 72 hours out. 
Can I buy this vacation for somebody else?  Or transfer it to somebody else?
Yes.  It is your vacation to give away.  Keep in mind that the qualifications will apply to whoever uses this vacation. 
So be sure the person(s) will qualify.  Call us to transfer your package.  If bought for someone, send us their info upon purchase.
Do you offer any packages without a presentation involved?
Yes, we sure do.  We have discounted packages that do not include attending a presentation.  Problem is, the deals are not near as good. 
You'll save money, but not hundreds of dollars.  We've found that our customers like these packages much better.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you may bring your pet.  The hotel charges a $7.00 per night pet fee.  You will also need provide a pet deposit of $50.00.
Pets are not allowed on the presentation.  Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet.
