I have and will continue to fix any problems with a damaged shipment or will give a refund on any items that are broken in shipment.  I only ask for you to communicate to me the damage as soon as the package arrives...I want all involved to be returned to me (all packaging, the item/items) with in 7 days of receipt.. Handcrafted Brass Touchier (floor) Lamp in 1/12 th scale.  The beautiful lamp with antique gold base has a 12 volt replaceable bulb and enough wire to position in several locations in your dollhouse.  Measures - 4 6/8 inches H  x  1 6/8 inches W (shade).  Brass body with white plastic shade..Very impressive.NEW -FROM STORE INVENTORY.
