Bought from a person in England.  Kept in cabinet.   Condition shows age and the details are very distinct.  The top of the horseshoe has a jockey's cap.  The inside of the ashtray has the head of a race horse with tack.

Well-polished, well-worn, very old.

Measures 3.5 inches high and 2.75 inches wide.
