INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS; I will only ship using USPS Priority. Do not ask to have me ship it any other way. I have had alot of problems when I use first class, so I will not use international first class, so save yourself an email. I know it is more costly to you but unfortunately a few bad apples have spoiled it for the rest of you. My suggestion is, buy alot of items and I will combine as many items I can into a flat rate Priority Box. That way you can ease the pain of the higher priority shipping cost.

HANDLING, the cost of shipping supplies ie.. boxes, tapes, packing materials used to ensure your winning item gets to you the way it was when you won it. (we pack very well, see feedback)
USA bidders: Be sure to check the invoice before paying because I may offer more than one shipper and delivery method.
Insurance $1.70 (USPS raised rates 05/12/08) is optional but suggested for all items that could be breakable during transit.

To quailfy for a return you must follow these directions.
1. Email pamelacoe@cox.net ASAP and descibe your reson for return.
2. Wait for timely responce typically 24 hours or less.
3. Do not send back auction items without being asked to do so by Dezigndimpulse ;)
4. Mail item back along with original package to ensure promt refund
5. There is never a return of shipping costs only winning item cost
If items are damaged during shiping, insurance claims are persued by the buyer.
