By Law, intimate garments cannot be returned, just as they cannot
be returned to a store. This is for your health and safety. Would
you want an intimate garment that someone else has worn?
We can only exchange
garments due to manufactures defect.
In the extremely rare event you find a manufacturing defect with your
garment, we will be happy to exchange your garment at no additional
fee.
Simply contact us and we will provide a return authorization code
to include for processing when you return your garment.
Return the garment to us and we will send you a new garment by mail.You
just pay shipping and handling. It may take up to 10 days for processing
after we receive your garment. Shipping fees are not refundable.
