Most of us think that Breast Cancer is something that happens to someone else. At least that is what I thought until a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with it.  I made this item hoping to help spread Breast Cancer Awareness.  Had I have noticed mine a little earlier I may have been able to save myself from a masectomy and chemo.  I am only 39 and have no family history of Breast Cancer.   I didn't think it would happen to me at least until I was older and really didn't even think it would ever happen.  I have found out that even if you don't have family history, and even if you are in your 20's.....it can still happen to you.  Please pay attention and don't take it for granted.  The earlier it is detected the less treatment you will have to have.  God Bless all of you Breast Cancer Survivors out there....and those of us that are going through it right now!              

  This Boutique Rag Quilt item Features......A Gorgeous Pink Ribbon...Breast Cancer Awareness Cotton Fabric. I have also added a dainty White Eyelet fabric and the back is all Flannel.  It has a handle of it for hanging, or it would make a lovely centerpiece or tabletop. It measures 19" x 19".    There is a layer of Fabric and Cotton Batting between the top and back layers to make this bag nice & sturdy & bursting with Fluffiness from every seam.    Each seam has been hand clipped for the fringy look.  The front of this RAg Quilt piece has the seam allowance exposed to create this wonderful ragging effect.  It has been washed and dried once for the ragging process. It is new and has never been used.  The best part about it is that washing it makes it go through a ragging effect so it just looks as good as new or even better.  All you need to do is throw it in the washer & dryer on low settings, and it comes out even better each time.
