I am selling our one week timeshare in Breckenridge, CO. I bought this 8 years ago, and we have never made it up so I might as well sell it. I paid $500 plus closing costs for this. I'm starting the auction at $10 with no reserve so you are getting a great buy any way you look at it. Buyer will pay closing costs.  This is week number 46 which is a great time to go, everything is all decorated for the holidays and it is very picturesque. If you google 'Woods Manor Condominium' it will pull up a lot of information and reviews about the resort.
