POLICIES
International Bidders: I am happy to ship worldwide. However, payment MUST be made with Paypal in US Funds. Please no E-Checks though, as they can take up to 10 days to clear. Please don’t bid and then ask if you can mail a payment. Due to the new Post Office rates and services, Airmail Post and Economy Surface Post are no longer available. First Class International can ship single horses or small items. If you purchase more than one of the larger scale horses, they must be shipped via Priority Mail International, and the shipping price will go up. (I.e. A 2 ½ lb box going to Europe will cost $30.00 for Priority mail.) Please bid accordingly. Also, if you want insurance, your item must be shipped with Priority Mail. It is not an option for First Class International. I also fill out the customs forms accurately, so please don’t ask me to conceal the actual value of an item.
Refunds: All items are used unless specifically stated as new. All purchases are as-is. I am always happy to answer questions and send additional photos to you while the auction is running. I monitor my emails several times a day, and will get right back with you. I try to describe these items to the best of my ability, but I am not an expert and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ask questions prior to bidding. I will also not cancel bids unless there is an actual error in the listing.
Insurance: Insurance is always offered but is optional. It is highly recommended, and I cannot be responsible for any damage incurred after the item has left my hands and if you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept the risks of potential damage or loss happening in transit.
Shipping: I ship most items Priority Mail by the USPS. On heavier, larger boxes, I usually ship USPS Parcel Post or UPS to avoid the large Priority mail postage increase. A tracking number is always available upon request. I ship domestically up to 3 times a week, and internationally once a week, usually on Friday.
