Please keep in mind that due to the many different brands of monitors, colors may vary slightly. Once payment is received and your proof is approved your items will be printed and shipped with 2 business. Please note that failure to submit all the necessary information for your proof to be completed will delay the process. Prompt proof approval and payment will expedite your shipment. If you have not received a proof within 24 hours of order, please check your spam or bulk mail folders. I will not contact you about personalization information, so please submit this to me by e-mail in a timely manner. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS are granted on customized items. In the case of an error on my part your items will be reprinted at no cost to you. If you approve the proof and there are errors, you will be responsible for the reprint and shipping costs. If you change your mind and do not want the item once you have approved the proof and paid, I will happily refund your payment less a 20% refund fee. This covers my e-bay fees and my pay-pal fees that are incurred. You may also use the payment made toward a future order or other items.
