After an order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email from me.
We will work together to customize your book the way you want it. (color, font, wording etc.)
A sample will then be emailed to the customer for review.
Once we receive confirmation that the product is to the customer’s satisfaction, we will start production.
Since all of our products are hand-made, orders are usually filled within 1-2 days of the confirmation.
However, depending on the complexity and quantity, completion times may vary.
RETURNS
Since our product is customized we do NOT accept returns.
Please make sure you are completely satisfied when we send you the email sample.
Payment is due within 3 days of auction close
Shipping is free for 1 book using regular USPS mail service.
Any custom/large orders will vary and I will coordinate & calculate shipping costs for you (all shipping costs are paid by buyer).
