SALES

Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within three days of the end of the auction, or if payment isn’t received within three days of the invoice date, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the sellers’ discretion.

EBAY TERMS

eBay charges Gary S. Aragon LLC a service charge for each item we list. If a customer cannot or does not pay for an eBay purchase in the specified amount of time, Gary S. Aragon LLC will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay. Gary S. Aragon LLC will hold the non-paying bidder responsible for the eBay fees and commissions occurred by us. In order to protect our business with paying customers, we will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arranging shipping for bigger/heavier items. Most of our items are shipped from San Leandro, California 94577. UPS only handles up to a maximum of 150 lbs., over that weight will require the services of a freight company. Please inquire about the freight/shipping charges before you bid or purchase an item. We ship from a UPS store; therefore we do not get shipping charges online. We do not mark up any UPS cost, we only charge an additional handling fee of $5.00.  Wood crating and palletizing charges will be determined according to the size of the item. RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

Gary S. Aragon LLC, offers a money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase on all eBay items with the exception of items which are listed in the “As Is” or “As Shown” condition. These items do not carry our warranty. Any return shipping or freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Before shipping, all returns must be authorized by Gary S. Aragon LLC.

Our normal Return Policy does not apply to international shipments. International bidders are encouraged to personally inspect or have a representative inspect the merchandise.

STORAGE FEES

The following is the policy of Gary S. Aragon LLC, pertaining to additional costs that will be incurred due to delayed pickup or shipment or purchased goods. We regret that this policy must be put into place. It is required due to limited storage available at our facility. Gary S. Aragon’s policy is that any items that have been paid for but have not been picked up or shipped within fourteen (14) days of the sale date, due to a fault of the buyer, will be charged a daily storage fee as follows: The fee for small items that are less than 20 pounds will be charged at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day. The fee for larger items more than 20 pounds will be charged at the rate of 20 dollars ($20.00) per day. The buyer will forfeit the item and any payments made when these fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 90 days for the date of the sale, whichever occurs first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pick-up. If you have a reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
