We have received low feedback scores on our shipping performance & shipping costs for our engines It is important for us to properly service our customers & as a result maintain a 5 star rating in all of the feedback categories If you feel you can’t leave a 5 star rating in all of the feedback categories please contact us for a resolution or an explanation before leaving feedback EBAY considers these lower scores as poor performance on our part but these items are truly beyond our control We can’t immediately ship a reconditioned or new engine custom built to your specifications if we must custom build the engine for you We truly need 7 to 10 working days to custom build a reconditioned engine for you We need 2-3 days to customize a new engine & prepare it for shipment These engines also weigh 95 to 125 lbs Fedex charges $65.00 to $125.00 to ship these engines Safe packaging materials costs us $35.00 to $45.00 We highly appreciate every good feedback and will definitely return the favor. MSRP on these engines is $1389.99 A steal at these prices I have received comments about the shipping & handling costs being high. The selling price for the engine does "NOT" include our material costs for packaging the engine. These engines weigh about 90-100lbs, Shipping, Packaging & Handling is $95.00 in the lower 48 states this includes $38.00 worth of NEW packaging materials. Actual Typical shipping costs average $60-$65.00 from FEDEX or UPS. Engine is shipped in NEW HD 20"x20"x20"carton with rigid foam packing & "INSTAFOAM" packaging & to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
