Stunning BRIGHTON BAY antique silver scroll and smooth twisted HEART cellphone charm.  The cellphone charm includes the lariat and has a lobster claw clasp so you can change the charm without removing the lariat. Charm measures 1 1/4" from the clasp and 2 3/4" with the lariat.   This is not a plastic charm.
