We will ship all domestic orders by either UPS ,Priority Mail,

International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. It is our choice of which carrier to use based upon our experience with that particular carriers reliability in your area.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receiving payment. All orders received over the weekend will go out beginning on Monday.



Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close. If you can not make payment within this time frame, please contact us immediately so that we may accommodate you. If we have not received payment within 7 days of auction close, we will cancel the transaction and file with eBay for a refund of final value fees that we have incurred on the sale. You must return the item within 7 days of purchase for a refund. All returns must be sent back with a completed "RA number". Failure to return your item with this form may prevent us from properly processing your return. Return shipping fees are only refunded in the event that the item is defective or shipped in error. Return items must be in the same, brand new, unworn condition as sent with all tags still attached.

Return status
Returns mailed to Fashion Brand Outlet may take one week to process after you mail it.
Once processed, a credit is issued to the Pay Pal account used for the original purchase.
