Up for auction is the Britax Marathon Car Seat. The Britax Marathon LATCH Car Seat is a Convertible Child Car Seat with LATCH that can be used rear facing for children 5 to 33 pounds and forward facing up to 65 pounds. For the Britax Marathon LATCH Car Seat the child's height should be between 19 and 49 inches. This car seat is very safe, very solid, comfortable and great for large babies/toddlers that outgrow other seats early. The seat has superior padding and is easy to install. The Velcro attachments were designed to keep straps out of way. The booster seat has the following specifications:

The car seat is in very good condition. It shows some minor signs of wear and there are a couple small stains on the seat. All the features function normally and the harnesses and straps are all intact. The manufacturer date was 2002 and it has never been in an accident. Please refer to the pictures to verify the conditions and characteristics of the car seat.

Shipping charges are calculated based upon actual package size, weight, insurance (required) and a handling fee. These charges are non- negotiable. If you are not willing to pay them in full, please do not bid.
We strive to ship within two to three business days after payment is received and confirmed unless you pay on Friday, or Saturday. In these cases shipping will take place the following Monday. We ship all items via FedEx or USPS, please assume when choosing UPS that it will be shipped FedEx instead (unfortunately, FedEx is not a listed option on eBay). Due to the 2 to 3 week delivery times of larger parcel post items, we are no longer using that as a large item shipping option. As shipping costs are typically the same for USPS Priority and Fedex Ground, we reserve the right to ship each package via the quickest route. If you require shipment via Fedex, please state that prior to payment and we will ship that way.

International bidders: Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US at this time. All US territories (including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) are considered international shipments by UPS, we do not ship to there. We can not change this policy or make exceptions. Please do not ask!
Notification must be received within 3 days of receipt of this item that there is a problem.
If you believe that there is evidence that damage was caused during shipping, please contact the our store immediately.
Items can only be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
Refunds will include original purchase and shipping costs on items that are significantly not as described (Buyer return shipping costs are not refundable for any reason).
Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Return shipping insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, therefore, items damaged during the return shall be sent back to customer with no refunds.

Upon receipt of returned item (condition must be the same that is was shipped in), our store will authenticate and verify all serial numbers or markings, then issue a refund.
Failure to follow these guidelines will invalidate both the return and any guarantee!
