Summary of My Selling Policies :

1. Payment: I accept PayPal as my major means of payment. But contact me about other payment methods too..

2. Winning Bidder:  When the auction closes, the winning bidder should contact me within 3 days and arrange payment within seven (7) days from the date of close. If payment is not made within seven days, the auction will be considered a non-payment and a complaint will be issued. I reserve the right to relist items that from  non-responding bidders.

3. Shipping and Handling:  Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the buyer. (I do not have restrictions on sending items to countries outside of the USA.)

My preferred form of shipping is USPS-Priority Mail. I will consider USPS First-Class domestic and international shipping as long as the bidder understands that First-Class mail takes longer and is only nominally cheaper.

Shipping charges are variable depending on weight. All international shipments are entirely at the bidders risk. I cannot guarantee foreign mail service once the item has left the USA. Insurance is optional and requires additional cost. I normally ship 4 to 5 days after I receive payment, but I can ship immediately based upon need.

4. Refunds & Returns: A refund is made only when the product was advertised incorrectly and then only when the item has been returned without damage within seven (7) days of receipt.

Most items are sold "AS-IS".

If items are returned, I expect that item to be packed as well as it was when it was originally sent.
