Because we want every item that we send out to arrive to safely, we insure every item at our own expense. We can only ship UPS ground. After your payment you might receive a UPS tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive at your home. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during the 6-10 day period We try to ship every item the next business day after your order is placed and payment is verified, however it can take 2 or 3 business days during heavy sales periods to process the order.
