Up for auction is a MUST HAVE for the train collector. This is a delegate ribbon from the 4th Biennial Convention of the Brotherhood of Railroad and Trainment in 1899. The convention was held in New Orleans, LA and this was Delegate #158. On the back side of the ribbon is the ribbon maker information. The maker is Whitehead and Hoag of Newark, NJ and the tag lists all of their patents from the 1800's. The ribbon has it's age and could use some clean-up if one knew how to do it. The display box comes with it although it is not really anything to brag about. The case overall measures 11x9x2 and the ribbon measures 9 inche slong by 2.5 inches across. Shipping is set at $10.
