Three letter monogram: Initials should be in monogramming order (First, Last, Middle)
Name: Name should be printed as you want it embroidered on the item. I can do all caps, all lowercase, etc. So please enter it as you would like it on your item.
Thread Color: I have almost every color of thread. Please be specific with shade. For example, enter navy, royal, cobalt or baby blue rather than just blue.
Font Choice: Please specify the font you are interested in.
