Great care is taken in packing our products.  We offer insurance as an option and buyers are encouraged to add it to their order.  On items offered to be shipped UPS, $100 is automatically covered in the shipping costs.  If your item arrives broken or damaged, contact the carrier for a claim.  If your item arrives defective, please contact me within 3 days to notify me of the problem.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may ship with the carrier of their choice and we will cheerfully replace it.  Replacement items will be shipped by the original shipping service within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item.
