The most versatile pumps in the line, especially for handling a wide variety of fluids in tranfer work, as well as in coolant, lubrication and hydrulic applications in the machine tooland industrial field.
Design Rating: up to 900 RPM; up to 200 PSI; up to 26.8 GPM Material: Gray iron housing and steel gears. Bearings: Replaceable sleeve type Seal: Compression packing w/ adjustable gland (mechanical seal at extra cost). Lubrication: Self-lubricating using fluid being pupmed. Also avilable with grease fitting for handling non-lubrication fluids. Seal: Compression packing w/ adjustable gland (mechanical seal at extra cost). Lubrication : Self-lubricating using fluid being pumped. Also avilable with grease fittings for handling non-lubricating fluids. Rotation : Clockwise or counter-clockwise- either connection can be used for suction. Discharge is always on the side toward which the top of th shaft rotates. Fluid Viscosities : Clean fluids having good lubrication qualities are recommended. Adaptable to handling from water soluble oils to molten lead. (For fluids with foreign matter, consult factory). Suction Lift : up to 15" Hg recommended; up to 28" Hg possible (consult factory) Drive : Direct-connected, belt or chain permissible. Integral Relief Valve : Standard - suitable for pressures up to 100psi. Specials - higher pressures available at addtional cost. Consult factory. Pre-setting-avilable at addtional cost.
