WARRANTY/RETURNS:
All items are fully warranted by OUTDOORS 4 LESS for
period of 14 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated.
OUTDOORS 4 LESS will replace or refund at our discretion. If a product
seems to be defective or missing a part, we usually suggest contacting the
manufacturer direct to save everyone time. All our manufacturers have been
very good as far as taking care of our customers. Please report if there
is a problem.
If wrong item was send or if it was damaged in shipping
(must be insured) please contact us for return authorization # (RA#). This
# must appear on all shipments that are returned. Also item may have to be
shipped to our warehouse direct, not Sales office. To obtain RA# please
call 815-582-3557 or email Support@outdoors4less.net.
When shipping items back, merchandise should be securely
packed and insured for full purchase price and shipped via traceable
means. We will refund shipping cost 100% if we are at fault. We will NOT
pay for upgraded shipping, so please ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority or a
similar service.
Warranty is VOID if product was taken apart or software
has been altered. Returned items must have no signs of abuse or
intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt
before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
If you just simple don't want item received or wrong size
was purchased by your mistake there will be 15% restocking fee and no
refund for shipping. So refund will be for items original price - 15% less
shipping you paid.
