We take pride in our business and sincerely do our best to deliver superior quality merchandise to our customers…but we are only human…and on rare occasion we may inadvertently miss something.

We will accept returns for accidental misrepresentation. Shipping in either direction will not be refunded. However, there are a few things that we will never refund for including the following:

1. Color Discrepancy. We all interpret colors differently. If you have any questions about the color of an item, please ask before bidding. Also keep in mind that the camera flash generally makes colors appear lighter than they actually are. Also colors such as red, royal blue, royal purple, etc. are almost impossible to accurately represent in a photo.

2. Tag size discrepancy. We take extreme care while measuring each and every item for you. We clearly state the exact measurements of the item in every listing and the measurements are what you need to use to determine a proper fit. Sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are not consistent; so we do not really care what the size says; so please use the measurements we provide. No returns if item does not fit, so please read measurments carefully

3. Dry Cleaning. Our items are either brand new or in excellent previously owned condition. We are very selective in the items we sell. However, we do not dry clean items before they are sold....at the price we sell most of our items for, dry cleaning is a cost that we cannot absorb. The need for an item to be cleaned is in no way considered a flaw. You're buying a previously owned item at a fraction of what you would pay at a resale boutique! So, make it yours, take it to the cleaners.

4. Previously owned items. Things like a loose button or minor discoloration of the lining are not considered mentionable flaws, keep in mind that you are not purchasing new items from a department store; you are purchasing excellent quality, previously owned designer items at a fraction of what you would pay else where!
