Payment Instructions
We prefer PayPal as it is the fastest and simplest method of payment. However, if you prefer not to use PayPal, we will accept personal checks, US Postal money orders, or Master Card / Visa. Payment must be received in full before we will ship an order. Please keep in mind that if you use an e-check with Pay Pal, the check must still clear before we will ship. The fastest method of payment with Pay Pal is the instant payment.

Free domestic shipping (Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii) on all orders of $100.00 or more. (Excluding Anatex products) Free shipping will be the carrier of our choice. You may waive the free shipping if you need your order expedited.
As good as the shipping calculator on e-Bay is, it is not perfect. Because shipping costs can vary greatly by weight, destination and shipping method, it is difficult to calculate exactly what the shipping costs for every order will be. The online calculator is fairly accurate for orders of single items. If, however, you purchase multiple items from us, please conatct us prior to sending payment. We will work with you in order to get you your item as quickly as possible for as little as possible.
Insurance
Insurance is always optional at buyer's expense for domestic orders. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we cannot cover the cost of merchandise lost or damaged in shipping. Insurance is also available on international orders, however, it is usually not cost-effective. If you wish to purchase insurance for an order outside the U.S., please contact us and we will get an exact price and send you an invoice. The shipping calculator on e-Bay does not properly calculate what international insurance is as each country has different requirements. If you use it, we will contact you and either refund the payment or give you the option of paying the proper amount in full.
