Contact must be made with Technical Alternatives within 2 business days after
the end of the auction and payment must be received within 15 business days after the
end of the auction.

- Money order, personal check or cashier's check. We will not ship until the check clears the bank
Where do you charge sales tax? Percent?
All sales in Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.
I bid and won an item but I do not intend to pay.
In the event you do not pay or do not pay the full amount (auction, shipping, and taxes),
we reserve the right to leave negative feedback and contact eBay and inform them of your
non-paying bidding status.

How do you ship?
We will ship through any major carrier of your choice. If you do not specify a carrier
we will ship via DHL using our DHL account except for items requiring freight. Our
default shipping speed is GROUND. Expedited service is available at additional cost.
We do not ship C.O.D. or via the US Post Office. All buyers are welcome to seek out cheaper shipping rates if they are not satisfied
with the rate quoted by Technical Alternatives!
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally.
What does your "Shipping & Handling" charge include?
"Handling" charges include packaging and insurance. "Shipping" charges are separate from
handling charges and are calculated after Technical Alternatives receives an exact shipping
address. You may E-Mail us your full shipping address and telephone number if you would like
know full shipping charges before the auction ends.
Will you notify me when you ship?
We send you a tracking number for all DHL shipments. DHL may take up to 24 hours to
activate the number.
Can I pickup the item?
Yes, you may pick up an item. All items must be paid in full at or before pickup. If
paying with a cashiers check or money order, the payment must clear before pickup.
You must call or email at least two days before pickup and schedule a pickup time.
After a pickup time has been scheduled, you must call the same day prior to your arrival.
We do not have a showroom where items can be viewed or sampled.
