We accept payments through Paypal (payment email is ebay@jklmcomics.com), cashiers checks and money orders. Payment must be received within 10 business days, unless other arrangements are made between the winning bidder and JKLMcomics.
Please note, we DO NOT accept personal checks.

We pack all our items with care, so you receive them in the same condition they left us.

All comic books will come bagged and boarded and shipped in a bubble mailer with 2 other boards on each side of the comic within the bubble mailer.
Graphic Novels, Mangas, and large paperback books will also be bagged with boards on each side of them in a bubble mailer.
Large hardback Graphic Novels will be bagged and shipped a large bubble mailer
Hardback books depending on size, will be shipped in either a bubble mailer like graphic Novels or in a box and will also come bagged for protection
All Toys and statues will be mailed in a Box with packaging material around the item for protection.

DVD’s and Video Games will be shipped in a bubble mailer unless to big then will go into a box.

If you would like insurance(recomended) on your product please specify it on the postage calculator provided.

IF YOU DO NOT BUY INSURANCE AND YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

Send it back, in the same condition it was sent to you in, and we will refund your money in full minus all shipping costs(to and from). If your product comes to you damaged, we will supply all information needed to get your money back through USPS as long as you have purchased insurance. We recommend insurance on all products. Unfortunately if you do not buy insurance on your product and it is damaged in shipping we can not refund your money.
