This auction is for a vintage music instructional book titled "Building Technic with Beautiful Music" by Samuel Applebaum.   It has a copyright of 1961.  It is Volume 1 for Viola published by Belwin Inc. Overall the book is in good condition with a tight spine and all pages intact.  There are no rips or tears.  There ARE some pencil notations throughout the book including checkmarks next to tune names, dates, numbers above or below notes and some random pencil markings.  There is light soiling to the back cover.
