At the final walk through of our remodel we found one of the glass panels on our new ceiling fan cracked. Rather than wait for a new part the contractor purchased a new fan. It has been almost a year now. In the last phone call the contractor was told: “Pick it up or I am going to sell it.”

The only thing taken out of the box was the cracked glass panel. The panel has now been replaced.
