NOVEMBER NOTES

You will no doubt notice that my feedback score has slipped a tenth of a percent. This is due to one or two transactions that have gone bad. In addition, I have lost over $500 this past month from buyers who say they did not receive their stamps. The bad feedback and the lost money come from two or three countries in Asia and the Middle east that have habitually over the past years produced all of my bad feedback. I receive only positive scores for US and European countries. Unfortunately I cannot eliminate two countries from my shipping -  I have to delete an entire region (i.e., Asia....unless one of you old time ebayers knows how to block one or two countries). I am pondering this problem and looking at my alternatives. I have many friends and long time customers in China. I would hate to punish the many because of the few.

One way that I can solve the problem will be to charge shipping in accordance with the risk. The second solution is to only accept Paypal (I usually only do but have been talked out of this once or twice, much to my chagrin when I wanted to provide a quick refund.) We will see how this works for now. If I must exclude Asia because of the antics of a few buyers in Turkey or Taiwan, then I will do so.

Please remember, I guarantee 100% satisfaction or complete refund. (I have even lost the stamps and then been told the refund never reached the buyer either! Imagine the nerve of these people!!)
