Fascinating CD-Rom containing Burlington Northern BN  Railroad major accidents and derailments that occurred between 1969-1991.  These are Adobe PDF files of the original ICC accident reports.   Most contain photos.  This CD-Rom contains 20 separate detailed reports in all.  Derailments, head-ons and rear end collisions, and more.  Certainly shows the dangers of railroading, even in this day and age.   These are the locations included in the reports:
