Shipping Policy!

Return Policy

• ALL SALES AER FINAL!
• However, we will gladly exchange an item if a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt or if it was damaged during shipping (insurance required).
• IRWILLEY must be notified of the defect or problem within 5 days of receipt of the product.
• Returned items MUST be unused with all orginal paperwork, accessories and containers.
• Because we sell our products just above (and in some cases below) our cost, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. Please message me through ebay any questions before bidding.
