Thank you for your purchase from Tigger's Bargains!
For your convenience we process all payments through PayPal for purchases made through our store. You don't have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase, you can use your bank account, credit or debit card, echeck or your own PayPal account.
Please note: Payment for your item(s) must be made within three days of the close of the sale unless prior alternative arrangements have been made. All shipping and/or processing times begin from the time of cleared payment, not the time of the sale.

If your item(s) is/are lost or damaged, we will send you a scanned copy of your insurance information, if you purchased insurance on your item. You are responsible for the interaction with the shipping provider. If you choose not to pay for insurance for your package, you are accepting the responsibility for your item's safe delivery. The overall size, length, and weight of the package coming to you determines which shipping company handles the shipping. We reserve the right to change shipping companies as we deem appropriate, based on criteria that is solely at our discretion.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
When shipping internationally, we typically offer two choices: Surface Mail and Airmail. Surface Mail will take longer to get to you.

Tracking for international shipments is not available, only insurance is available at an additional cost. Our responsibility for the package ends once we have delivered the package to the shipping carrier, as we have no further recourse with international shippers.
CUSTOMS & LAW ENFORCEMENT
If you purchase an item, and it gets confiscated or seized by customs or law enforcement, you agree to accept full responsibility for your purchase of the item. No part of your purchase price, shipping, etc. will be refunded! We are unable to stay abreast of the laws and restrictions of every country, state, county, city, and town. This is solely the responsibility of the person purchasing the product, and by purchasing this item, you are agreeing to these terms.
If customs picks up your items, you are accepting responsibility for said action, including any additional fees, charges, or other responsibilities for that action! We cannot and will not be responsible for any taxes, duty fees, or other fees charged by customs when you purchase an item from us. It is YOUR responsibility to know the laws and regulations of your community and any penalties for violating those laws and regulations.
Terms of Sale
Returns are accepted only when accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). A store merchandise credit is given unless otherwise approved by our ownership. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return item to us. Item must be sent back in original box and with original packaging & paperwork (original or copy). The item must be in new and unused condition and re-sellable as determined by us when received back. If a refund is authorized it will be refunded through PayPal.
We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery that the item needs to be returned at which time we will give you further instructions and an RA#. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee based on the size, weight, and type of item.

Items that have been misused or in used condition will not be accepted for return. All return items must be shipped in the Original Packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
