 Return Policy Details

   Watch Hospital offers a three day inspection/return policy for its entire inventory. Feel free to take your watch to a watch expert to approve its authenticity. Returns will not be accepted due to customer’s remorse. All watches are clearly described in our auctions; otherwise a refund will be issued. Items must be returned in their original condition with all their original materials in order to be accepted.

Shipping Instructions

Shipping will be carried out with FEDEX for insurance purposes and will be overnight standard shipping once payment is confirmed. We ship worldwide and shipping costs vary due to buyer’s location.

Payment Instructions

   Preferred Payments: Bank Wire Transfer. We accept Paypal and Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Items will be charged a 7.0% tax within Florida. (Tax within Aventura, FL 7.0%) and 3% for purchases with PayPal or American Express. Shipping  For international payments we will accept Bank Wire Transfers. Unfortunately we are unable to accept International Credit Card payments. International Paypal payments must be Confirmed, otherwise a refund will be processed immediately! Credit Card or Paypal requests from Indonesia will not be accepted, thank you.
