SHIPPING VIA US Post Office (insured or with delivery confirmation so the package can be tracked) at the buyers expense.  US Post Office  insurance is additional to shipping and handling costs and is calculated at USPS rates. I cannot ship to a PO Box. I am happy to combine shipping costs for multiple items if they are compatible. If they are too fragile to ship together, we will not combine them. We will determine if they are compatible.

We use US Postal Service for the majority of our domestic and all of our international shipments. Some extremely heavy packages are shipped with UPS, however we have found USPS to be a safer and more reliable shipper. Delivery cannot be guaranteed for international shipments -- even when insured UNLESS YOU PAY FOR TRACKING. Customs clearance, fees and other issues are the responsibility of the buyer. International customers are advised to check their country's customs regulations before bidding to determine if and how the item can be shipped. The seller is held safe and harmless in the event of loss for non-allowable or non-deliverable items. We use Airmail Letter-Post and Airmail Parcel-Post for international shipments. (We will not falsify custom forms.)

I will refund the full PURCHASE PRICE of the item, if it is not how I described it, provided that I am notified within 2 days after the item is received in the mail. Understand however that 99% of the items I sell are either old or antique, and almost always used, and as such will have associated wear, tarnishing, and may need to be cleaned. I do my best to disclose damage and restoration, but acceptable faults and condition issues are not always listed. Please be aware of this, study the pictures, and bid accordingly. It is your responsibility to read the full description, not just the title, so you know what you are buying. ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.  PLEASE DO NOT BID ON JEWELRY IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS.

Items leave me very well packed. I cannot be responsible for carrier loss or damage. It will be the buyers responsibility to claim from the shipping company directly for any loss or damage.
