This painting has richly saturated color. Vivid colors are layered using both brushes and a pallete knife. This layering process is the reason my paintings have a vibrant bright quality.
Nature and the beautiful South Carolina landscape figure prominently in my compositions whether Still Life Fruit, Floral Scenes or Landscape Paintings. THIS PAINTING HAS a low reserve. My style is best described as ABSTRACT IMPRESSIONIST.
I use high quality oil paint and gallery wrapped canvases. The canvases are gallery wrapped with painted sides and may be framed or displayed without additional framing.
