This auction is for a Laurier Associates model SA202 Epoxy Die Bonder, as shown. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It powers up, and the power light illuminates, and all of the micrometer mechanics seem to be in good shape, and the bond head lowers when you press the lever to the right. However, I'm not sure how to test this system beyond that. It comes with a foot pedal and a work holder, as shown. I don't have any other accessories for it. It is being sold as-is.
