This auction is for a K&S 4123 Manual Wedge Bonder, as shown. It looks to be in decent cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. It is missing its front cover, as shown. We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow two to four weeks lead time for him to go thru it and bring it up to factory specs. It comes with a Bausch & Lomb StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) and a pair of 10X eyepieces, as shown. This machine can be used with a heated or not-heated workholder, depending on your application. A workholder will be quoted separately.

Shipping
Buyer pays a fixed handling fee of $20.03 (for DOMESTIC shipments only - 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Winning bidders of freight items should complete the checkout process and will be billed for shipping after we have received quotations from our carriers.
