This auction is for an Accu-Fab Systems Robotic Loading Assembly featuring a Series 1250 MAXServo Motion Controller (m/n 1250, s/n 125000271) with 4-Axis Handheld Controller, an AFS Accubot Robot (s/n 00169), three Middlesex Erect-A-Line Clean Drive Conveyer Tracks, and a Slide Transport, which moves between two of the conveyer tracks, as shown. This system looks to be in good cosmetic condition. It powers up, and the controller powers up, and the fan comes on, but the "Fault" light also illuminates. This may be because I don't have any software for the system, or possibly because it wasn't hooked up to air pressure. I really don't know enough about this system to formally test it, and it is being sold as-is.

The Accubot is a compact, clean-room compatible, four-axis SCARA style robot. It has four independent joints, which enable the Accubot to reach any point at any angle within its work envelope. Cassettes of wafers or disks, for example, can be located side-by-side rather than radially. The Accubot can get into tight spaces (such as inside process equipment chambers) because of its ability to move the wrist and each arm joint independently as needed. All vacuum, pneumatic lines, and electrical lines are inside the cylindrical arm segments for extra cleanliness.
