This is a KASHIKI of Japanese ORIBE ware. This was made about 40 years ago.
KASHIKI is the general term of the bowl or plate for exclusive use of the tea ceremony.
It is important item for tea ceremony.
Oribe is the pottery of Aichi or Gifu Prefecture in Japan. It is divided into Seto or Mino.
And Oribe is the very popular ware which the people liked and used from ancient times.
This is made very well and is wonderful glaze style of appropriate ORIBE ware.
I don't know this artist's name. But there is an artist's sign.
This is the very good tea-things seriously made by the specialist.

If SAL has no insurance of USD4.00, it is not indemnified for breakage or loss.
But the compensation is up to USD50.00 even if it insured it. And SAL does not have tracking.
And it's impossible if it's not till a total of 2kg (packing material is included).
SAL has relatively much regulation.
After the purchase, the insurance is not included in my invoice.
If you wish shipment with the insurance, please pay the amount that added USD4.00 to an invoice.
And 1 week-3 weeks are required by arrival. It has the example which required a maximum of 2 months.
Sometimes, I receive mail that an item does not arrive by SAL. But we have almost no case which the item lost.

2, EMS
EMS is indemnified to breakage or loss. And it has tracking number. Handling time is 1 week-3 weeks.
It is the safest and fast shipment method.

3, SEA MAIL
SEA MAIL is also indemnified. And it has tracking number.
Handling time is 1 month to 2 months. Some countries require 3 months.
It is the method of requiring very much days.

ABOUT COMBINATION SHIPMENT

I can combine two or more items for saving of shipping cost. But, SAL has restriction of weight and a size.
For that reason, the combination except for a small and light item is EMS or SEA-MAIL.
So, combination of an item is not necessarily saving of cost.
